Hello, my name is Heuijee (Heejee) Yun.

I am a Ph.D. student at Kyungpook National University in Daegu, South Korea, where I have been conducting research at AI-S²oC Lab under Professor Daejin Park since 2022.

My research interests lie in event-based low-power AI edge learning, primarily focusing on self-supervised learning models for image-based applications. My main area of application is autonomous driving, where I study multi-modal sensor fusion using cameras, LiDAR, and thermal sensors mounted on vehicles.

Beyond the lab, I love building things end-to-end — from designing custom PCBs and 3D-printed hardware to self-hosting my own AI systems. Check out the Projects page to play with interactive demos of what I've built.
